Gluten, soy and dairy free.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Glycine, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule: hypromellose.

Directions: Adults - (Healthy Mood Balance) Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day. Use for minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult health practitioner for use beyond 1 year. (Sleep Aid) Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 mins before bedtime. Take with food.

Warnings:

  • All Users: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; and prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, or taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include S- adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St.John’s Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough/cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult healthcare practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcer, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.
  • Sleep Aid: Consult healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 3 weeks.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have scleroderma.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
